Waste disposal

All waste disposal strictly complies with the requirements of Chinese laws and regulations. We operate one sewage treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 1,500 tons. The treated sewage meets the water quality standards for discharge and is released in compliance with environmental regulations.

The organic waste gas generated from production in workshops is collected through an enclosed system and combined with the waste gas from the sewage treatment plant. It is then treated through a process of 'alkali washing + zero removal + RTO + cooling (alkali washing) + alkali washing' before being discharged through a 25-meter-high exhaust stack. The remaining waste materials shall be disposed of by qualified contractors.

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO System)

• RTO is widely recognized as an energy-saving and cost-effective emission reduction technology.
• The oxidation reaction occurs in the combustion chamber, where the stream containing pollutants is converted into carbon dioxide and water vapor.
